Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the estimated cost of wedding, is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

Enhancements

Little touches can enhance your wedding– late night snacks, day-after brunches, or welcome gift bag delivery. Allow our team to help you bring to life the special moments to delight your family and guests.

Guest Accommodations

Take the elevator home.  If you would like to arrange guest accommodations, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.  Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11 a.m.



Rehearsal Dinner

Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces.  We will help you curate a menu and the celebration details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.
 
Farewell Brunch

The perfect ending to the perfect weekend.  Treat your overnight guests to breakfast or brunch the next day.  Your wedding specialist will assist in arranging a private room with dedicated servers.  This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone a fond farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.

Parking

Our hotel offers discounted on-site self-parking for all of your guests. Valet service is available for an additional service fee. 

Tasting

With so many delicious custom menu options, it can be difficult to naviagte menu planning for your big day.   To help guide you through this process, pleased to provide a complimentary tasting of pre-selected menu options for the couple and two guests. Tasting is recommended within 30-45 days of the big day.

Hyatt’s preferred vendor list, helps ensure a smooth and seamless process.


We kindly request that vendors deliver flowers, cakes,  decor and all other items no sooner than two hours prior to  your scheduled event. In addition, we require that all items be removed immediately following the celebration unless alternate arrangements are made.  All vendors must supply thier own equipment and labor for set-up.
